Meet The Team
We have dedicated ourselves to our community and through our collaborations, Care Packages have been designed and added to our services.
Through cooperation, collaborations, and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate what we do. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
In 2022, Grace Newcombe, Antoinette Sulfaro & Lorenzo Sulfaro envisaged an not-for-profit organisation that would positively influence the way women with cancer are supported by the local community.
Our goal is for people to talk openly about cancer and acknowledge its enormous personal impact with a community who can stand together as one during a cancer diagnosis.
Ladies Like To Lunch Limited continues to work towards helping people affected by cancer accessing the best information, treatment, care, funding and support.
Our Care Packages now go directly to the Liverpool Cancer Therapy Centre via the Liverpool Wellness Centre reaching more women than ever before.
How It All Began
In 2014 Carla Filipakis and Katrine Oliveri started Ladies Like To Lunch Fundraising Group whom both had the same philosophy to make a difference for women in the Liverpool and Fairfield community as they had been affected by cancer in one way or another. Their mission was to educate other women about women's cancers and support Cancer Council NSW's work by hosting Pink Ribbon events.
